DJ Group is lead by Patty Dicker, and oversees the operations of several businesses, all located on Labrador’s north coast. Being a community and family focused business, DJ represents Patty’s two children, Danielle and Joey.
DJ Group operates a chain of large retail stores known as Franks General Stores, proudly named after Patty’s father, Frank Dicker, who she credits for her strong work and business ethic. Franks are located in Makkovik, Hopedale and Nain.
DJ Group also operates two hotels; the Amaguk Hotel in Hopedale and the Atsanik Hotel in Nain, DJ Properties and DJ’s Convenience, the founding business, in Hopedale.
